Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy, provided by SocialLoop LLC (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), effective as of Aug 1, 2022 and last updated August 13, 2026, informs you (“you” or “your”) how we gather and use, and the circumstances under which we may disclose, information we collect from users through our Survey Spin website (surveyspin.com) and our apps Eureka Surveys, Survey Pop, Cash Arcade, and Survey Spin (collectively, the “Site”) and other related software, interactive features, and/or services operated by us that post a link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Service”). This Privacy Policy does not apply to our information collection activities outside of the Service or to third-party websites (unless otherwise stated below or at the time of collection). This Privacy Policy describes our practices and the choices available to you. It does not replace any separate notice or consent that applicable law requires us to provide at the point of collection. The Service is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old.

Who Controls Your Information

SocialLoop LLC is the controller of information we collect to create and administer your account, build your profile, match you with opportunities, determine eligibility, validate participation, provide and reconcile rewards, verify identity, prevent fraud, secure and improve the Service, communicate with you, and provide support. Information we collect remains subject to this Policy when we disclose it to a survey provider or another recipient.

A survey provider is ordinarily a separate controller of survey responses and other information it collects directly on its own website, app, or survey experience. That provider decides how it uses and retains the information under its own privacy notice. If a collection experience identifies a different controller or states that SocialLoop processes information only on another controller’s instructions, the notice presented with that collection explains the applicable roles. This Policy governs information SocialLoop controls, not information collected directly by an independent provider.

Information We Collect

Information You Provide

The information you provide as part of your use of the Service and that we collect may include information that identifies you personally (whether alone or in combination), such as your name, address, phone number, email address, age, and gender (“Personal Information”). To properly match you with any third-party survey providers or others as part of the Service, we may ask you to provide additional profile and eligibility information, such as your relationship status, household information, income range, education, employment, product preferences, shopping habits, and other demographic information. You may also provide responses to surveys, research, or feedback requests and materials that a survey specifically asks you to submit. We use profile, response, and participation information to match you with opportunities, administer surveys, determine eligibility, validate completion, provide rewards, support research, and improve the Service. Information collected by us remains subject to this Privacy Policy when we disclose it to a survey provider. Information a survey provider collects directly on its own website or service is governed by that provider’s privacy notice, which you should review before participating.

We may create aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be linked to you. Where required by law, we maintain and use such information in de-identified form, do not attempt to re-identify it except to test whether our de-identification processes are effective, and require recipients to comply with applicable restrictions on re-identification.

Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Service, we and our service providers automatically collect device, network, usage, advertising, attribution, and fraud-prevention information. This may include your IP address; browser, operating system, app version, device and hardware characteristics; device and advertising identifiers; language, time zone, and general location; pages, surveys, offers, and features viewed; referring and exit pages; dates, times, duration, interactions, and errors; and information made available through device permissions or settings that you enable.

We collect this information through cookies, software development kits, device identifiers, logs, and other data-collection and recognition technologies. We use it to operate and secure the Service, authenticate users, prevent fraud and duplicate accounts, determine eligibility, validate activities and rewards, analyze performance, attribute advertising, personalize content, and provide relevant surveys, offers, and advertising. Some technologies may recognize or associate your activity across devices, apps, websites, or services. See “Your Choices & Cookies” below.

Information from Other Sources

We may obtain information about you from other sources, including service providers and third parties, and combine such information with information we have collected about you. To the extent we combine such third-party sourced information with Personal Information we have collected about you on the Service, we will treat the combined information as Personal Information under this Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the accuracy of any information provided by third parties or third-party policies or practices. This Privacy Policy does not govern your use of any third-party website or service accessed through the Site or the Service and we encourage you to review any relevant privacy policies of third parties.

Identity Verification, Biometric Information, and Images

Identity Verification and Verification Data

To protect the integrity of the Service and the rewards we pay, we may ask you to verify your identity before we release certain payouts or as part of fraud prevention. Verification may collect (i) a photograph of a government-issued identification document, (ii) photographs of your face, including a selfie, and (iii) a short liveness video that includes video and audio. We and service providers acting on our behalf may analyze this material to confirm that the document is valid, you are a live person, your face matches the identification document, you meet the age requirement, and the same person or document is not associated with prohibited duplicate accounts. This analysis may create facial geometry, face-matching results, liveness results, verification status, risk indicators, and similar derived data that may constitute biometric information or a biometric identifier under applicable law (collectively, “Verification Data”).

Verification may also involve technical, device, network, and interaction information used to evaluate identity, eligibility, integrity, fraud risk, and capture quality. We may combine Verification Data with other information associated with your Account or use of the Service for these purposes.

Notice and consent. Identity verification is available only to users who are at least 18 years old. This Policy is not itself a biometric consent or written release. Where applicable law requires one, we will present an additional point-of-collection notice that identifies the verification provider and describes the data, purposes, disclosures, and retention period, and we will request the required affirmative consent or written release before collection. Verification may be required before we release a payout. If you decline or withdraw required consent, we will stop the processing covered by that consent, subject to legal exceptions, but may be unable to complete verification or release a payout that requires it.

Purpose and disclosure limitations. We use identity documents, facial images, liveness recordings, Verification Data, and verification telemetry for identity and age verification, fraud prevention, duplicate-account detection, security, payout administration, dispute investigation, and legal compliance. We do not use facial images, liveness recordings, or biometric Verification Data for advertising, survey matching, or unrelated marketing. We do not sell, lease, trade, or otherwise profit from biometric identifiers or biometric information. We disclose verification information only to providers supporting verification, fraud prevention, hosting, storage, security, and related operations; as legally required; in a permitted business transfer; or with your consent.

Retention and destruction schedule. We permanently and securely delete identification-document images, facial images, and liveness video and audio no later than 30 days after a verification decision is made. We permanently and securely delete derived biometric Verification Data no later than 4 months after collection. We retain non-biometric verification results and technical or fraud telemetry only as long as reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, security, payout disputes, and legal compliance under the retention criteria described below. We destroy biometric identifiers and biometric information earlier when the initial purpose has been satisfied or within a shorter period required by law. For Illinois residents, they will in all cases be destroyed no later than 3 years after your last interaction with the Service.

Safeguards. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of Verification Data, restrict access to personnel and providers that require it for the stated purposes, and maintain procedures for responding to security incidents and providing legally required notices.

Images You Upload

Certain surveys or features may invite you to upload images (for example, a photograph of a receipt or a product) or to participate in a survey that requests webcam, video, or audio access. The request will be identified before you submit the material or enable the requested device permission, and you may decline by not participating in that survey or feature. We use materials collected by us to provide and validate the requested feature and may disclose them to the applicable provider. Material collected directly by an independent survey provider is governed by its notice. We do not use ordinary uploaded images to create biometric Verification Data without separate notice and any consent required by law.

Additional State Notices

This section is our publicly available biometric retention and destruction policy. Where state law, including law in Illinois, Texas, or Colorado, requires a separate notice, consent, written release, processor disclosure, or shorter destruction period, we provide or follow that requirement. Illinois biometric identifiers and information will in all cases be destroyed when their initial purpose has been satisfied or no later than 3 years after the user’s last interaction with the Service, whichever occurs first.

How We Use and Disclose Information

The table below summarizes the principal information we control, where it comes from, why we process it, and the categories of recipients to which we disclose it. Not every category applies to every user. More specific notices govern biometric information, Consumer Health Data, and information collected directly by an independent survey provider.

Data Retention

We retain each category of Personal Information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including to provide the Service and rewards, maintain and secure accounts, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, satisfy legal and tax obligations, and enforce agreements. Retention depends on the nature and sensitivity of the information, the user relationship, operational need, legal requirements, and the risk of harm from continued retention. The following criteria generally apply:

  • account, profile, transaction, and reward records are retained while the account is active and for the period afterward needed for customer support, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, disputes, and legal compliance
  • survey, eligibility, participation, and completion information and materials you submit are retained for the periods reasonably needed to administer the survey, provide rewards, support research, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements
  • device, cookie, advertising, analytics, and usage data are retained according to the lifespan of the applicable identifier or record and our operational, attribution, security, and legal needs
  • communications and privacy-request records are retained as needed to respond, document compliance, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements
  • identity-verification images, liveness recordings, and biometric Verification Data are retained under the shorter periods stated in “Identity Verification, Biometric Information, and Images” above

Deletion from active systems may be followed by deletion from backups on a delayed cycle, except where applicable law requires a shorter period. Information may be retained longer when subject to a legal hold, fraud or security investigation, unresolved transaction or dispute, or other legal obligation.

Sharing of Information

We disclose Personal Information to other companies and individuals only as described in this Policy, at your direction, or as otherwise disclosed at collection. We may share your information as follows:

  • With Our Service Providers (i.e., hosting and storage services, software maintenance services, email notifications, database management, analytics, advertising, attribution, identity verification, fraud prevention, data analysis, payment and reward fulfillment services, and others) – these third parties may have access to your Personal Information to perform tasks on our behalf and are contractually restricted from using it for purposes other than providing services to us, except as permitted by applicable law.
  • With Our Third-Party Survey Providers – we may disclose profile and eligibility information, participation and completion information, device and usage information, and responses or materials you choose to submit to the provider associated with a survey. Survey providers may also collect information directly from you under their own privacy notices.
  • To Comply with Laws, Legal Process and Authorities and Protect Rights – we may disclose Personal Information or other information about you to government or law enforcement officials, in connection with subpoenas or judicial process, or to any other third party to protect the property and rights of us or a third party, to protect the safety of the public or any person, or to prevent or stop activity we may consider to be, or may pose a risk of being, illegal, unethical or legally actionable.
  • For Business Transfers – in connection with a merger, acquisition, or other change in control, joint venture, reorganization or sale of assets or in the event of bankruptcy or liquidation proceeding of The Company, we reserve the right to transfer or otherwise disclose your information, including Personal Information.
  • With Our Affiliates for Internal Business Purposes – we may disclose information about you, including Personal Information, with our affiliates for internal business purposes.
  • For Marketing Purposes – we may disclose information to advertising or marketing partners where you direct us to do so, consent to the disclosure, or applicable law otherwise permits it. Your choices and applicable state rights are described in “Your Choices” and the state notices below.
  • With Sponsors and Other Third Parties for Sweepstakes, Contests, Surveys, or Promotions – if you voluntarily participate in a sweepstakes, contest, rewards program, survey or other promotion through our Site or Service, we may share your information, including Personal Information, with the participating sponsors or with third parties who assist us in using the content or other information you have posted or shared with us. By participating, you agree to the official rules that govern that promotion, and may, except where prohibited by applicable law, allow the sponsor and/or other parties to use your name, voice and/or likeness in advertising or marketing materials.
  • With your Consent – we may disclose information about you, including Personal Information, with your consent or at your direction, or for purposes disclosed at the time you provide the information.

We may share aggregated or de-identified information with third parties or affiliates for research, analytics, product improvement, survey quality, advertising measurement, and other lawful purposes, subject to the de-identification commitments described above.

Third Party Services, Features, and Devices

The Service may link to, integrate with, or be accessed through websites, survey platforms, social media, payment services, and other services operated by third parties. Information a third party collects directly is governed by its own privacy notice and terms, which you should review before using that service. Information we receive from a third party and combine with Personal Information remains subject to this Policy.

Analytics, attribution, advertising, and similar partners may use cookies, pixels, SDKs, and device identifiers on the Service to measure activity, associate activity across devices and services, and provide or measure interest-based advertising. Your choices are described below.

Your Choices & Cookies

Changing or Deleting Your Information

To view, correct, or delete Personal Information that you have provided to us, use available account settings, email [email protected], or send a letter to SocialLoop, LLC, 3390 Mary St Suite 116, Coconut Grove, FL 33133. Tell us the right you wish to exercise and provide enough information to identify your account and state of residence. We will request only the additional information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and authority. You may use an authorized agent where applicable law permits it.

We respond within the period required by applicable law. We may deny or limit a request where an exception applies, such as when we cannot verify the request, must retain information for legal or security purposes, or disclosure would adversely affect another person’s rights. We will explain the basis for a denial and any available appeal process. Deletion from backups may occur on a delayed cycle unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We and our partners use cookies, pixels, software development kits, device identifiers, and similar technologies to remember preferences, operate and secure the Service, prevent fraud, validate activity and Rewards, measure performance and attribution, personalize content and offers, and provide or measure advertising. These technologies may collect or associate the device, network, usage, and advertising information described above across browsers, devices, apps, and services.

Where required, we request consent before using nonessential technologies and provide a way to update or withdraw that choice. You can also use browser, device, app, or advertising-industry controls, including the Digital Advertising Alliance and Network Advertising Initiative opt-out tools. Choices may need to be set for each browser or device. Disabling a technology that is reasonably necessary for a requested feature, security, fraud prevention, or reward validation may affect that feature or our ability to validate the related activity. Exercising a right to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising does not prevent access to core account, survey, offer, or reward functions, although it may affect advertising or personalization. Strictly necessary technologies may operate without consent where permitted by law.

We do not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals. Where required by applicable law, we treat a supported opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, as a request to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising for the browser or device that sends it and, when we can associate the signal with a signed-in account, for that account.

Communications Opt-Out

To opt-out of receiving certain promotional communications (emails, text messages, and push notifications) from us at any time by: (i) for emails, following the instructions as provided in emails to click on the unsubscribe link, or contacting us at [email protected] with the word UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject field of the email (ii) for text messages, texting “STOP” in response to any text message you receive or contacting us at [email protected] and specifying you want to opt-out of text messages and (iii) for push notifications or in-app messages, adjusting the permissions in your mobile device. Please note that your opt-out is limited to the email address, phone number, or device used and will not affect subsequent subscriptions or, for emails, non-promotional communications, such as those about your account, surveys, transactions, servicing, or our ongoing business relations. You understand that we may send you a text message confirming any opt-out by you.

Sensitive Personal Information

Some information we collect is “sensitive personal information” under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the “CCPA”), and similar state laws. It may include account credentials, identification-document images, government identification numbers, precise geolocation, biometric information processed to identify or verify a person, and other information treated as sensitive under applicable law.

We use sensitive information only as reasonably necessary to provide requested features and rewards, determine eligibility, verify identity and age, prevent fraud, maintain account and service security, comply with law, and for purposes disclosed when the information is collected. We may disclose it to a survey provider or service provider as needed for those purposes, at your direction, or when required by law. We do not sell biometric identifiers or biometric information, and we do not use biometric Verification Data for advertising or unrelated marketing. Where applicable law gives you a right to limit other uses or disclosures of sensitive information, you may exercise that right through the methods in “Your Choices” and the applicable state notice below.

California Privacy Notice

This section supplements the rest of this Policy for California residents and uses terms defined by the CCPA. In the preceding 12 months, we collected the following categories of Personal Information:

  • identifiers and customer-record information, such as name, contact information, account identifiers, IP address, device identifiers, payment or reward information, and government identification numbers
  • protected classifications and profile information, such as age, gender, marital status, household information, and other demographic information
  • commercial information, such as reward, payout, survey, offer, referral, and transaction history
  • internet or electronic-network activity, such as browsing, app, advertising, attribution, cookie, interaction, and fraud-prevention data
  • geolocation information, including approximate or precise location where enabled
  • audio, electronic, visual, and similar information, including media you choose to submit, identification documents, selfies, and liveness video and audio
  • professional, employment, and educational information provided in a profile or survey
  • inferences and derived information, such as survey interests, eligibility, device or account associations, verification results, fraud indicators, and quality indicators
  • the sensitive Personal Information described in “Sensitive Personal Information” above

We collect these categories from you, your device and browser, our service providers, survey providers, advertising and attribution partners, affiliates, and other partners. We use them for the purposes in “How We Use and Disclose Information,” including providing accounts, surveys, offers, rewards, verification and support; matching and eligibility; analytics and personalization; advertising and attribution; quality control; fraud prevention and security; legal compliance; and other purposes disclosed at collection. Retention is governed by “Data Retention” and the biometric schedule above.

Disclosures for Business Purposes

In the preceding 12 months, we disclosed each category listed above, as relevant, for business purposes to service providers and contractors supporting account administration, survey administration, hosting, storage, security, fraud prevention, identity verification, analytics, attribution, communications, support, payment, and reward fulfillment. We may also disclose relevant categories to survey providers, affiliates, government authorities, parties to a business transfer, and recipients you direct or authorize, as described in “Sharing of Information.”

Sale or Sharing

For CCPA purposes, disclosures of identifiers, commercial information, internet or electronic-network activity, geolocation, and related inferences to advertising, attribution, analytics, affiliate, or survey partners may constitute a “sale” or “sharing,” even when no money is exchanged. We do not knowingly sell or share Personal Information of consumers under 18, and we do not sell biometric identifiers or biometric information. The methods for opting out are described below and in “Your Choices & Cookies.”

Subject to exceptions, California residents may request access to and correction or deletion of Personal Information; request the categories and specific pieces collected, sources, purposes, and recipients; request information extending beyond the preceding 12 months where required by law; opt out of sale or sharing; limit qualifying uses and disclosures of sensitive Personal Information; and receive equal service and pricing without retaliation for exercising CCPA rights. You may use an authorized agent, but we may require proof of authority and verification of your identity. We will not require you to create an account solely to submit a request.

Submit an access, correction, deletion, or limitation request by emailing [email protected] or writing to SocialLoop, LLC, 3390 Mary St Suite 116, Coconut Grove, FL 33133. Submit a sale or sharing opt-out through those methods or a legally recognized opt-out preference signal as described in “Your Choices & Cookies.” We will verify and respond to requests as required by law and explain any denial. California’s “Shine the Light” law may also permit you to request certain information about disclosures to third parties for their own direct marketing during the preceding calendar year.

Notice of Financial Incentive

The Service offers rewards or other benefits for participating in surveys, offers, referrals, and similar activities. These programs may involve the collection and disclosure of profile, eligibility, survey, device, transaction, and participation information described in this Policy. The material program terms, including eligibility, the activity required, and the reward offered, are presented in the Service. You choose whether to participate in each activity after the available material terms and reward are shown. Creating an account does not enroll you in every future reward activity. Where applicable law requires a separate financial-incentive notice and affirmative opt-in, we provide them at or before enrollment. Participation is voluntary, and you may stop participating in future activities at any time.

The value of Personal Information varies by activity and person. We estimate it in good faith based on the revenue associated with surveys, offers, advertising, research, and related services, less the costs of providing rewards, operating the program, acquiring and validating data, preventing fraud, and administering accounts. The reward shown for an activity is reasonably related to our good-faith estimate of that value and the associated program costs. Participation is voluntary.

Stopping participation does not itself delete your account or cancel Rewards. Account deletion is a separate action governed by the Terms of Service and the confirmation presented when you request deletion. Review those terms and complete any desired redemption before requesting deletion.

Washington Consumer Health Data Notice

This section applies when the Washington My Health My Data Act governs our processing. “Consumer Health Data” means Personal Information that is linked or reasonably linkable to a consumer and identifies the consumer’s past, present, or future physical or mental health status, as further defined by Washington law. Some surveys offered by independent survey providers may request Consumer Health Data. The applicable survey or provider notice will describe information collected directly by that provider and how it is used.

To the extent we collect and control Consumer Health Data, we collect and use it only as reasonably necessary to provide a feature you request, determine eligibility, administer rewards, perform identity verification or fraud prevention, maintain security, comply with law, or for another purpose disclosed at collection. We may disclose it to the survey provider associated with the request and to categories of processors that support survey administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, hosting, storage, security, analytics, customer support, payment, and reward fulfillment for the disclosed purpose. We may also disclose Consumer Health Data when required by law or at your direction. We do not sell Consumer Health Data without the separate valid authorization required by applicable law.

Where consent is required, collection occurs with consent for the specified purpose, and sharing beyond what is necessary to provide a requested product or service requires separate consent. Subject to legal exceptions, you may confirm whether we collect, share, or sell Consumer Health Data; access the data and a list of recipients; withdraw consent; or request deletion. Submit a request or appeal a denial by emailing [email protected]. We will notify processors and other recipients of a valid deletion request and delete the data from active systems and backups within the periods required by law.

Other U.S. State Privacy Rights

Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws may have rights to confirm processing; access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of Personal Information; opt out of sale, targeted advertising, or qualifying profiling; limit or withdraw consent for sensitive-data processing; and appeal a denied request. The precise rights and exceptions depend on your state. Submit a request or appeal using the methods in “Changing or Deleting Your Information.” Where required, we recognize authorized agents and supported universal opt-out mechanisms. We will not retaliate against you for exercising a privacy right.

European, UK, and Swiss Data Protection Notice

This section applies when European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Swiss data protection law governs our processing, including when we offer the Service to or monitor individuals in those jurisdictions. SocialLoop LLC, 3390 Mary St Suite 116, Coconut Grove, FL 33133, is the controller for account, profile, matching, eligibility, participation, quality, reward, verification, fraud-prevention, support, and Service-analytics processing described in this Policy. An independent survey provider is ordinarily a separate controller for information it collects directly. Where SocialLoop acts only on another controller’s documented instructions, the applicable collection notice identifies that controller and our role.

Legal Bases

The legal basis depends on the processing activity. The principal bases on which we rely are summarized below.

Processing activityPrincipal legal basis
Create and administer accounts; provide surveys and offers; validate completion; administer and deliver rewardsPerformance of our contract with you
Provide support; improve and measure the Service; protect accounts and legal rights; prevent fraud, abuse, and duplicate accountsOur legitimate interests, balanced against your interests, rights, and freedoms
Meet tax, accounting, sanctions, law-enforcement, regulatory, and other legal requirementsCompliance with legal obligations and, where applicable, our legitimate interests in establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims
Certain marketing, nonessential tracking, precise location, camera, microphone, and similar optional activitiesConsent where required; otherwise another basis permitted by applicable law and disclosed at collection
Biometric Verification Data and other information subject to special-category restrictionsExplicit consent under Article 9(2)(a) where required, or another applicable condition identified at collection

Contract necessity does not by itself authorize special-category processing. Where SocialLoop controls special-category profile or survey information, we rely on explicit consent or another applicable condition identified at collection. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal. If you do not provide information necessary to perform our contract or comply with law, we may be unable to provide the related account, survey, verification, or reward feature. Refusing optional processing affects only the feature that depends on it, except where another lawful basis permits the processing.

Automated Tools and Review

We may use automated tools to help operate and protect the Service, including for survey matching, eligibility, verification, quality, activity validation, and reward administration. These tools may support decisions about access to the Service. You may appeal a final adverse account or reward decision through the process described in the Terms of Service. Where applicable law gives you rights concerning a decision based solely on automated processing that produces legal or similarly significant effects, we provide the required information and safeguards, which may include human review, an opportunity to express your position, and a way to contest the decision.

We disclose Personal Information to the recipients described in “Sharing of Information,” including survey providers and vendors supporting cloud hosting, analytics, advertising, attribution, identity verification, fraud prevention, data analysis, communications, support, and rewards. When information is transferred outside the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we use a lawful transfer mechanism where required, such as an adequacy decision, approved standard contractual clauses with supplementary safeguards, or another mechanism recognized by applicable law. Contact us to request information about the applicable safeguards.

Subject to legal conditions and exceptions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, or portability; withdraw consent; and object to direct marketing. Submit a request to[email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the data-protection authority where you live, work, or believe a violation occurred. Retention is described in “Data Retention.”

Data Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect Personal Information in light of its nature and sensitivity. These safeguards may include encryption in transit and, where appropriate, at rest; access restrictions; authentication; logging and monitoring; vendor controls; data minimization and retention practices; and incident-response procedures. No transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Nothing in this Policy limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.

Other General Information

Children

The Service is intended only for people who are at least 18 years old. People under 18 may not create an account, participate in surveys or offers, earn or redeem rewards, or complete identity verification. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from anyone under 18. If we learn that a person under 18 provided Personal Information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it, subject to legal obligations. A parent or guardian who believes we collected information from a person under 18 should contact [email protected].

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time at our discretion. If we make material changes, including collecting new categories of Personal Information or using Personal Information for materially different purposes, we will notify you before the changes take effect by posting an announcement notice on the Site or in the app, or via email, and we will obtain your consent where required by applicable law. Material changes apply prospectively from their effective date. Non-material changes are effective upon posting of the revised Privacy Policy. Continued use after an update means that the updated Policy governs subsequent processing, but it does not constitute consent where applicable law requires a separate affirmative choice. We encourage you to revisit this Policy.

Location of Processing and Applicable Law

The interpretation of this Policy is governed by applicable law. Any Florida choice-of-law or forum provision in our Terms of Service applies only to the extent permitted and does not deprive you of non-waivable privacy rights or regulatory remedies in your jurisdiction.
